The movement is entirely designed and built in Switzerland, and it is a result of a long research of mastercrafters at Hubolt.
The first movement, featured on the pictures, is revealed this year, while the second Unico 1110, a three-handed movement, is yet to be officially announced.
Hubolt's UNICO movement is composed of 330 components and provides approximately 70 hours of power reserve. It is a flyback chronograph movement designated to be part of Hublot’s new “King Power” models which were introduced earlier this year. The movement provides basic timekeeping functionality as well as 60-second and 60-minute chronograph and a date function.

People from the Hubolt say: “The aim is to produce 2,000 UNICO movements in 2010, and close to 20,000 in the medium term.”
