The watch comes in an unusual oval-shaped case, in stainless steel with a black crocodile leather strap, or in pink gold with a brown crocodile leather strap. It utilizes Calibre 4101, entirely designed, developed and produced in-house.
The balance, lever and escapement are positioned at 9 o’clock, and clearly visible from the front offering an astonishing view on the gorgeously decorated movement. All of the components are decorated by hand, which is immediately noticeable on the bridges, adorned by horizontal Côtes de Genève circular graining. The 10, 11 and 12 o’clock numerals on the dial, are graced with sparkling gem stones.
The whole design composition is playful and contrasting. There is a brushed case, topped with smooth polished bezel and, almost floating, offset guilloché sub-counter applied with Roman numerals.
The movement is also oval in shape, and uses a variable-inertia balance with eight white gold inertia-weights, thus ensuring superior long-term stability. The movement uses Breguet balance-spring, which provides extra precision and high resistance to various disturbing factors from the environment. The oscillating weight is made of pure 22-carat gold and adorned with the Audemars and Piguet family crests and the AP monogram.
The watch offers hours and minutes functions, together with small seconds, and it is water resistant to 20 meters.
