The new Oyster Perpetual Datejust Special Edition

Rolex unveiled five new models at this year’s BaselWorld watch and jewellery trade show. The new Rolex 2011 Basel Collection features the Yachtmaster II, Daytona, Explorer II, Datejust, and Lady Datejust.

Even a simple glance at the pictures reveals rejuvenated Oyster collection and more than successful fresh design, from ultimately sporty Explorer II to elegantly feminine Datejust Special Edition in Everose Gold.

The Oyster Perpetual Explorer II is now a bit larger, to celebrate its 40th anniversary, and equipped with a date function and 24-hour display. It utilizes the new and superior Rolex automatic caliber 3187, hidden behind the modernized dial.

The Rolex Yacht-Master II is now offered in dual-tone case crafted in rose gold and stainless steel.

The Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona is fitted with Rolex’s patented Cerachrom bezel, crafted in literally changeless ceramics engraved with tachymeter scale. The new models feature Rolex chronograph caliber 4130.

The new Oyster Perpetual Datejust Special Edition is now graced with mother-of-pearl dial with a new nature-inspired motif, and fitted with diamond set bezel.

Oyster Perpetual Lady-Datejust is small 26mm wide feminine watch fitted with fully gem-set bezel and exclusive Gold Crystals dial with diamond time-markers. The lovely watch is mounted on a dual tone bracelet.
