The new watches offer a nice vintage twist, inspired by the brand’s classic Movado Datron from 1970. Datron features a Heritage watch design, embodied in a 44 mm wide tonneau-shaped case and sophisticated dual-tone dials. The watches are available in black or anthracite grey with silvered chronograph sub-counters, or as in silver dial variation matched with black sub-counters.
The special edition watches are crafted in 18-carat pink gold and detailed by thin rose gold-toned hands and applied hour markers. A round date aperture positioned at 12 o’clock celebrates the brand’s signature Museum dot. The original model was available with a rotating bezel and a number of dial variations.
Movado Datron Automatic Chronographs utilize fine Swiss automatic movement ETA caliber 2894-2, equipped with 37 jewels. The watch provides 42 hours of power reserve, it has a sapphire crystal protection on the top, and allows for 50m of water resistance.
