Bremont wins Watch Brand of the Year

More than 600 key figures from the jewelry industry gathered here to celebrate their success and compete for the title of the winners. Bremont was voted for the Watch Brand of the Year. The competition saw a record number of entries this year, which made the competition toughest ever.

Co-founder of Bremont, Giles English says: "We are extremely honoured to be awarded 'Watch Brand of the Year 2011' by Retail Jeweller and thank everyone that has supported us. As a small British watch company we work very hard at building watches but we are very conscious that without the support of our wonderful retailers and the press that our success would never be possible. Bremont is just at the start of a long road of what we believe we can achieve."

Bremont is a watchmaking company launched in 2007 by two brothers, Nick and Giles English. Since then, the English brothers are on a journey to make beautifully crafted pilot’s watches of exceptional quality. In their own words, the inspiration behind this project was their love for watches and all things mechanical. This is actually a British brand that designs and produces hand-made watches in Switzerland, and only limited numbers of their creations are manufactured each year. Each watch from Bremont workshop is a certified chronometer with reworked and modified movement, which is heavily tested even beyond normal workshop conditions. Greatly precise and durable, all Bremont watches are made from the special hardened steel.
