Roger Dubuis Velvet Ladies Watch, profile view
The Roger Dubuis Diva Velvet features an outstending two-level dial with a subtle line of dazzling diamonds encircling the case. Roger Dubuis’s signature extended Roman numerals here look like they hover in the space between the central barrel and the circle. Partially, this is because of the exceptionally finished sun-brushed silvered surface, which makes a perfect contrast with the black transferred numerals and creates an optical illusion of lightness and movement. As a finishing touch, the numerals at 6 and 12 are made in pink gold and embraced by the curve of brilliant white diamonds.
The case features 36 mm in diameter, and holds a self-winding mechanical movement - calibre RD821. Designed for women who truly appreciate fine watchmaking, this movement is entirely produced, assembled and decorated by hand. The Roger Dubuis Diva Velvet is also set with 66 diamonds (approximately 1.33 carats) on the bezel, and 196 diamonds (approximately 1.65 carats) on the bracelet. The watch bears the Geneva Seal, meeting the new standards for this prestigious mark of quality.
