Frederique Constant Black Beauty

The new Frederique Constant watch features a rare and luxurious black mother-of-pearl dial embellished with sparkling white diamonds. There are two intertwined hearts on the dial, framing the signature aperture and revealing the heartbeat of the movement. The aperture lets the wearer admire the wonder of the mechanical movement under the dial and proves this contemporary timepiece has a traditional technique inside.

This mechanical watch is equipped with a balance wheel that beats at 28’800 vibrations per hour. The balance wheel rotates in two directions on its axes in a large ruby jewel, and this kinetic energy is used to wind a watch. The rotation of the balance wheel is regulated by the hairspring, which continuously coils and uncoils, as shown through the Heart Beat aperture.

Frederique Constant Black Beauty is powered by FC-310 automatic caliber, which animates hours, minutes and seconds hand. The movement is generously decoraded with Côtes de Genève pattern and endowed with 42-hour power reserve.

Black Beauty is crafted in stainless steel and embellished with 48 full-cut H color diamonds. It comes under the reference number FC-310BDHB2PD6, mounted on a black satin strap. The watch is water resistant to 50 meters.
