Longines the Saint-Imier Collection

Longines Saint-Imier has been inspired by the Swiss expertise, the watchmaking tradition of the brand and by the city of Saint-Imeir, where Longines was founded in 1832. The watch featured on the leading picture, the representative of the whole range which is going to be unveiled at BaselWorld, is strongly influenced by a model from 1945. Set in a golden middle between classic and modern, design of this watch boasts very smooth lines and pronounced lugs.

The collection Saint-Imeir will include a range of watches, from simple ones that show only hours and minutes, to more complex models fitted with seconds and date, chronograph models, and even a high-end piece with four retrograde functions, day/night display and moonphase indicator.

Basic models will be available in steel, in steel and rose gold or in rose gold, offered in four case sizes (26 mm, 30 mm, 38.50 mm and 41 mm), with or without diamond-setting. Longines will also offer different dials including black, silvered, mother-of-pearl, and diamond-set. The watches will be delivered on black or brown alligator strap, or a steel or steel and rose gold bracelet.

The chronographs (on the leading picture) will also be available in in steel, in steel and rose gold or in rose gold, and in two diameter sizes (39 mm and 41 mm). These are powered by L688.2 column-wheel movement and offered with silvered or black dial. The chronographs are paired with black or brown alligator strap or on a steel or steel and rose gold bracelet.


Longines the Saint-Imier Collection, the prestige model L2.764.4.73.0

The prestige model, with a diameter of 44mm, is powered by an in-house calibre L707 (produced by ETA especially for Longines). The watch shows four retrograde functions: day of the week, date, second time-zone, and small seconds. The watch comes in a choice of black or silvered dial, mounted on a black or brown alligator strap, or a steel bracelet.
