Maurice Lacroix Pontos S Diving Chronographs are featured in 43 mm diameter stainless steel cases and they are water resistant to 200 meters. This level of water resistance is suitable for professional marine activity and some serious water sports such as scuba diving. If you wish to experience saturation diving (in helium enriched environment) you should seek for a diver’s watch that offers more than 300 meters of water resistance.
What makes this watch unique among the other diver’s watches is the bezel ring positioned inside. This original design is patent-pending and it offers a number of advantages over the traditional one. The most important advantage, however, is that it enables maximum wear and perfect legibility.

Functions of the watch are propelled by the self-winding calibre ML112, which is based Valjoux 7750 movement. The movement provides central indication for hours and minutes, small seconds at 9 o’clock, chronograph seconds indicated by a central hand, 30-minute chronograph counter at 12 o’clock, 12-hour chronograph counter at 6 o’clock, and date indication nested inside 12-hour sub-counter.
