Breitling Superocean series is introduced back in 1957, and since then it continues to prove its solid reputation in the field of diver’s watches.
The Chrono Superocean is crafted in stainless steel and nested in 42mm wide case, topped with unidirectional, ratcheted bezel. This model features black dial, with silver chronograph subdials and a day&date window, positioned at 3 o’clock. The watches are water resistant to 500 meters (1650 feet/50 bars) and equipped with safety pushpieces, which offer improved resistance and protection against shocks. The activation of pushpieces is possible only after unscrewing the restrain ring that holds them in place.
This watch has oversized luminous hands, and sapphire crystal glareproofed glass on both sides. It is fitted with Breitling Caliber 13 selfwinding mechanical movement, which offers day and night displays and complete chronograph functionality: 1/4th second, 30 minutes and 12 hours. The movement provides 42 hours of power reserve. The Breitling Chrono Superocean is mounted on Diver Pro stra IIp, with tang-type buckle. |
