Full watch name:

IWC Aquatimer Automatic IW323105

Description: The clear-cut design of the Aquatimer Automatic mirrors that of the first Aquatimer series precisely, except that the 44-millimetre case makes it even more legible. As you would imagine, the Aquatimer Automatic is not some delicate mechanism designed for a display case but a workhorse destined for use in demanding underwater conditions. The watch is equipped with the pressure-resistance and sealing systems of the modern Aquatimer, and features a screw-in main crown together with a self-sealing crown developed by IWC for setting the revolving dive ring. To make it easier to use, this second crown does not screw in. Like the 1967 model, which featured 8541- calibre automatic movement - then the most rugged available - the Aquatimer Automatic of today has the same movement as the Ingenieur family, the IWC-manufactured 80111 calibre. Unlike its predecessor, however, it has a see-through sapphire glass back that in no way detracts from its resistance to pressure of up to 12 bar.
