Jaeger-LeCoultre AMVOX5 World Chronograph LMP1 is introduced in October 2011 to celebrate the 7-year partnership between Jaeger-LeCoultre and Aston Martin Racing.
This is an ultra-precise and legible chronograph that also offers a world time function. Its dial boasts blue and orange stripes, symbols of Gulf Oil racing team. It also has an unusual background motif which evokes the air vent grilles on the Aston Martin LMP1 racing cars. There are two chronograph counters, positioned at 3 and 9 o clock – one for the minutes and the other for the hours. Date aperture is positioned at 6 o’clock while the blue city disc circles around the dial, having the name of London changed to that of Aston Martin.
The case is made of ceramic and houses Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 752 movement. Limited edition offered in only 250 pieces. |
