Jules Verne watches are spectacular and out of this world mechanical art in limited edition. These watches come in four variations, each of them crafted in a limited edition of only 60 pieces.
Did contemporaries Louis Moinet and eminent science fiction writer, Jules Verne, ever meet? We can't say for sure, but imagining the two working together has been the inspiration for our watchmakers to create the technically advanced Jules Verne watches.
This watch is crafted in titanium, famous for the the corrosion resistance and lightness. Titanium is ca. 45% lighter than steel. The elegant details are crafted in pink gold. Silver dial is decorated Côtes du Jura and applied half-circles.
The watch utilizes LM 09 - Exclusive self-winding mechanical movement and offers a new conception to activate the chronograph function (patent pending) consisting of a lever system set in two positions : armed and disarmed.
Among the functions you will find: hour, minute and seconds, 60-second chronograph (centre), 30-minute chronograph counter (at 12 o'clock), 12-hour chronograph counter (at 6 o'clock), a date by hand (at 3 o'clock) and a 2nd time zone by hand (at 9 o'clock).
The watch is completed with crocodile leather, hand-sewn, carbon finish strap, with a 316l stainless steel folding clasp with Louis Moinet symbol. |
