A reincarnation of the 1970. rugged and robust diving watch, the predecessor was water resistant to 600m and named the PloProf which refers to the "Plongeurs Professionnels", meaning "Professional Divers" on French. The modern version of this Massive Diving watch is able to withstand the crushing pressures endured by deep-sea divers.
The Omega Seamaster PloPlof 1200m is crafted in stainless steel with polished finished beveled corners. It utilizes Omega 8500 caliber automatic movement, providing 60 hours of power reserve.
Watch is complemented with bi-directional turning bezel with luminous markings. Lacquered black dial comes with the applied hour markers with superluminova filling and white painted minute index-markers. There is also a date window positioned between 4 and 5 o’clock. There is also a helium escape valve that allows helium to safely escape the watch during decompression.
The watch has an orange exclusive rubber bracelet, fitted with a unique push button deployant buckle. It allows the micro adjustment and has a regular 26mm extension for comfortable wear over a driving suit. The watch is water resistant to 1200 meters. |
