The Omega limited editions JFK watch closely resemble its original - an Omega Ultra-Thin - worn by the President Kennedy during his 1961 inauguration and throughout most of his presidency. The original watch owned by President Kennedy is currently owned by and housed at the Omega Museum in Biel, Switzerland.
Designed to look the original, the JFK watch has the same 18k gold case, black leather strap, and the gold "Omega" stamp and logo. The watch utilizes Omega 2006 manual-winding movement with central hour, and minute hand. The mechanism also has Geneva waves, circular graining, rhodium-plated finish and gold plated engravings. The watch provides approximately 40 hours of power reserve and it is water resistant to 30 meters. |
