The Museum Collection is the result of OMEGA’s desire to combine the historic values of the brand with its dedication to state-of-the-art horological standards. Each year, the OMEGA Museum Collection selects one classic timepiece – it has to be more than fifty years old – and honours it with a reissue blending its design excellence with OMEGA’s tradition of innovative contemporary watchmaking.
The Omega Specialities Museum men’s watch is produced in the numbered and limited edition of only 1952 pieces worldwide. It is the remake of the famous Tonneau Renverse Watch from 1952.
The watch utilizes Omega 2020 self-winding movement with hour, minute, and small seconds-hands at 6 o’clock, and rhodium-plated finish. There is a Co-Axial Escapement mechanism for greater precision stability and durability of the movement. The timepiece provides approximately 48 hours of power reserve.
Crafted in combination of white gold and red gold, this timepiece comes in a square case of 35mm length and 35mm width. The bezel is highly polished and the silver dial reveals applied rose gold index hour markers.
Front of the watch is protected with domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass. The watch is complemented with brown alligator leather strap, and water resistant to 30 meters. |
