Introducing A Mythical Journey by Piaget, an exquisite Metiers d’Art watch and jewelry collection.
Piaget has unveiled its latest watch and jewellery collection, which is inspired by the journeys between the Silk Route and the Spice Route. This gorgeous range, named A Mythical Journey by Piaget, includes no less than 32 timepieces and 16 jewelry pieces, which are all created using the most demanding techniques of craftsmanship.
Piaget’s new Metiers d’Art collection, A Mythical Journey by Piaget, combines many different types of decorative arts including gem-setting, embroideries, guilloché and bullion engraving, enameling, micro-painting and even micro-mosaic. Each of the gorgeous dials from this astonishing range is a miniature work of art that depicts various scenes from China and India, Oriental animals and plants, its noble architecture and untainted nature. Here are some of the watches from this collection.
Piaget Polo Tourbillon Relatif models are graced using the Champlevé Enamel technique. The brand has unveiled two different versions of this model, both crafted from 18-carat white gold and set with 34 brilliant cut diamonds. Piaget Polo Tourbillon Relatif watches are powered by Manufacture Piaget 608P, hand-wound mechanical tourbillon relative movement, and they are mounted on black leather straps with white gold folding clasps.

Piaget Altiplano 38mm models are available in a couple of different versions. First of all, there are two gorgeous Bullino Engraving models – one crafted from 18-carat pink gold, and the other one made from 18-carat white gold. Both dial are showing the profile of an Indian elephant (Elephas maximus indicus) and a Mythical Journey logo engraved on the case back. The watches are powered by Manufacture Piaget 430P, ultra-thin hand-wound mechanical movement.

Piaget Altiplano is also available in a Cloisonné Enamel version. Piaget Altiplano 38mm cloisonné Enamel arrives in either 18-carat white gold case or 18-carat pink gold case. Both versions are set with 78 brilliant-cut diamonds with Mythical Journey logo engraved on the case back. The dials are showing a cloisonné enamel Horse design, while the case conceals ultra-thin manufacture movement Piaget 430P.

Piaget Altiplano Double Jeu Gold Engraving, often described as one watch with two cases, is available in two different versions, both crafted from white gold, set with 40 brilliant-cut diamonds, and powered by the Manufacture Piaget 830P, ultra-thin hand-wound mechanical movement.

The art of embroidery is beautifully exemplified on this Piaget Altiplano 38mm Precious Thread Embroidery timepiece, which reveals a pine tree design on the dial. The case is crafted from white gold and decorated with 78 brilliant-cut diamonds.
There are three Piaget Altiplano watches in white gold set with 78 brilliant-cut diamonds. All of them are powered by the Manufacture Piaget 430P, ultra-thin hand-wound mechanical movement. The dials are decorated using transparent and miniature enamel.

Lastly, there is the Piaget Protocole XXL Micro-Mosaic 830P watch, which is made from white gold and decorated using the micro-mosaic technique. The watch depicts a Chinese pagoda surrounded by mountains, but it is also available in somewhat different interpretation that shows the Lake Palace in India.
