Porsche Design extends their line of classic chronographs and introduces a new generation of Dashboard watches.

The new, ultra-functional Dashboard P'6620 chronograph is inspired by the dashboards of race cars. The case of this new, even more masculine Dashboard watch now comes with a slightly larger diameter of 44 millimeters and in a case made entirely of titanium. Bold and ultimately masculine design makes a nice presence on the wrist. The watch is robust as it measures 14.5 millimeters in thickness, but it still remains elegant and sleek, like all other products by this brand. The dial is quite refined, boasting large technical Arabic numerals and luminous accents. The watch also has a chronograph function, which is activated by two rectangular buttons located on each side of the crown. In a nutshell, this is a simple, stylish and high-precision instrument.

In addition to the chronograph function, this watch also offers tachometer scale that measures average speeds ranging from 60 to 330 km / h. The large second hand, with a red tip, displays the tempo on the flange. All this is possible owing to the superior and reliable automatic movement ETA Valjoux 7753, which also offers a power reserve of 48 hours. The case is waterproof to a depth of 100 meters (10 ATM).

The watch shown in this review is entirely made of titanium, including the bracelet. This material, borrowed from the aerospace industry, is very light and feels pleasant on the skin. On the other hand, it is highly durable, harder than steel and yet half of its weight. The new Dashboard P'6620 is available in twelve versions, including models in deep black made of PVD blasted titanium, including models with a white dial, a gold case or a leather/rubber straps.
