Luís André de Pina Cabral e Villas-Boas (1977.) is a Portuguese football manager currently managing F.C. Porto in the Portuguese Premier Liga. One of the most interesting things about him is that he has no football playing experience. André Villas-Boas got a role of a major club manager with very little head coaching experience and at a very young age. By winning the UEFA Europa League on 18 May 2011, he holds a title of the youngest manager ever to win a European competition, at 33 years and 213 days of age!
