Blacksand - White Sea Turtle

Blacksand Geneve is a young watchmaking brand, established about a year ago. Some of you may remember their successful debut with Blacksand Uniformity and expansion in a fine jewellery sector with Uniformity Joaillerie. If, for some reason, you haven’t had your chance to meet with this brand, now it’s about time to catch up with their opus and prepare to be amazed by the splendor of their upcoming White Sea Turtle of the Continuity Collection. The new watch is going to be officially presented this year at BaselWorld.

Blacksand White Sea Turtle is strongly inspired by the beauty of our planet and designed to evoke the public awareness about its fragile nature and vulnerability. The whole luminous and bright construction is designed with ultimate simplicity, having a dial entirely made of sapphire and covered with an open-worked motif. Time telling function is rather unusual and includes the jumping-hour window at 12 o’clock and minutes disc at 6 o’clock. Day and night indicator is visible at 3 o’clock, while three turtles in 18-carat pink gold, serve only for decoration. Each of them is set with a TW VVS diamond.

The watch is crafted in 18-carat pink gold decorated with 80 TW VVS diamonds (0.6 ct) on the bezel. The functions are propelled by an automatic BS Calibre 1999. Blacksand White Sea Turtle is delivered on an exclusive white rubber bracelet.
