Swiss watchmaker H. Moser & Cie. Introduces a beautiful new timepiece that pays homage to the lunar body. The new Endeavour Perpetual Moon Concept offers a fresh new reinterpretation of the most whimsical complication. The sophisticated moon phase indicator, placed in a large window at 6 o’clock, is actually one of the most precise available today, with one day's deviation every 1027 years.
Faithful to its own DNA, H. Moser & Cie. proposes a novel, understated way of highlighting the beauty of the moon. The romantic complication representing the moon in its purity, is placed on the Maison’s Concept dial, free from any numerals, symbols, or indices. The purity of the dial is stirred only by the image of the moon that radiates through a large porthole at 6 o’clock, and three elegant leaf-shaped hands hovering above its surface.
The Endeavour Perpetual Moon Concept is offered in two distinct variants. First is the stainless steel model with an ultra-black, abyss-like dial made from Vantablack. This densely pigmented, super-black coating is actually the darkest man-made substance. Used in astrophysics in telescopes and by the army for thermal camouflage, Vantablack is made of vertically aligned carbon nanotubes and is capable of absorbing 99.965% of light. This makes the Endeavour Perpetual Moon Concept dial the blackest dial to be created yet. This modern and audacious design is completed with a black leather strap.
The second version is crafted from 5N red gold, and it features the Maison’s signature midnight-blue fumé dial. Its twilight nuances, reminiscent of a clear nightly sky, are paired with a brown alligator leather strap.

The Endeavour Perpetual Moon Concept is powered by the hand-wound in-house calibre HMC 801. Equipped with an interchangeable Moser escapement, it ensures at least 7 days of power reserve, which can be monitored with an indicator placed on the movement side. The push button located at the side of the case is used to adjust the super-precise moon phase system which accumulates one day's deviation after 1027.30 years.

On the occasion of the SIHH 2018 watch salon, the house of H. Moser & Cie introduces the new orbital time display watch, designed in collaboration with Hautlence.
