Introducing Hublot Big Bang Ferrari Texas limited edition
Hublot has opened its 10th boutique in the United States. The new store was opened yesterday, at the Galeria Mall, in the center of Huston, Texas. Filipe Massa was the special guest at the opening ceremony, and was also appointed to cut off the ribbon at the entrance of the new Hublot boutique. As a part of the celebration, the famous Swiss brand has unveiled its new watch – Big Beng Ferrari Texas. The gorgeous new boutique spreads at around 50 square meters, representing the new Hublot boutique interior concept in the USA. The new combination of materials is used for its decoration: silver brushed oak and wool for the floors, upholstered panels of silky fabric for the walls interspersed, with details in black wood, and chrome steel for the windows.
To celebrate the new boutique, Hublot presents the Big Bang Ferrari Texas limited edition, a watch available in only 50 numbered exemplars. The watch is crafted in titanium and it measures 45.5 mm diameter. Big Bang Ferrari Texas boasts the colors of the Texas state flag - navy blue, red and white, while the Ferrari’s iconic prancing horse appears discretely in relief at 9 o'clock. The horse also appears on the case-back, in the middle of a sapphire crystal with blue, white and red transfer.
Hublot Big Bang Ferrari Texas is powered by the in-house UNICO Flyback chronograph movement. This mechanism, developed by Hublot especially for the Big Bang Ferrari, is built on no less than 330 components and it beats at a frequency of 28,800 Vib/H. UNICO features a column wheel and a double horizontal clutch visible on the dial side, while its oscillating weight evokes the design of a Ferrari wheel.
Hublot Big Bang Ferrari Texas is issued with a reference number 401.NM.0123.VR.TEX13. The watch is delivered in a luxurious aluminum presentation box, which is inspired by a valve support from an engine and features a built-in rotary system. This model arrives on a navy blue Schedoni leather strap sewn onto black rubber strap with tone on tone stitching. It runs on 72-hour power reserve and is water resistant to 100 meters.
