Hublot, the official timekeeper of Ferrari since 2011, celebrates the 25th anniversary of Ferrari in UAE and marks the occasion with an exclusive creation – Big Bang Ferrari UAE Limited Edition watch.
The newest incarnation of Hublot’s famous Big Bang model is a true collector’s piece, a watch issued in a strictly limited edition of only 25 exemplars. The watch was unveiled yesterday at the Al Tayer Ferrari Showroom in Dubai. The watch boasts lively accents that evoke the colors of the national flag of UAE. The series of 25 exemplars is another reference to the Arab country in the southeast of the Arabian Peninsula, and the 25th anniversary of Ferrari in the Middle East.
This interesting new watch embodies the emblematic DNA shared between Hublot and Ferrari. The Ferrari’s famous Pranching Horse is featured at 9 o’clock position, while the style of the hands and indices of the minute counter reminds of the counters in the cockpit of a Ferrari.
Hublot Big Bang Ferrari UAE Limited Edition is powered by high-frequency UNICO HUB 1241 automatic flyback chronograph movement, which is entirely developed in the brand’s manufactures. The movement beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides about 72 hours of power reserve. In addition to the hour, minute and second hands, the movement animates the date indicator positioned at 3 o’clock.
Hublot Big Bang Ferrari UAE Limited Edition is made from satin-finished titanium and it measures 45.5mm in diameter. The watch features an open sapphire crystal case-back with engraved red lacquered Ferrari logo. Hublot Big Bang Ferrari - U.A.E. Limited Edition is water resistant to 100 meters and supplied with two straps: black rubber and black schedoni leather with red stitching; and black rubber and red schedoni leather with black stitching.
