TAG Heuer Link collection represents a perfect balance of sport and prestige. The series reflect the supremacy and gorgeousness of steel, playing with contrasts and refined lines. The Link Calibre S electro-mechanical chronographs are first introduced in 2007. This exclusive movement developed and patented by TAG Heuer breaks with the traditional codes of the watchmaking industry. Traditionally, chronograph function is displayed in three sub-counters, which are often difficult to read. This revolutionary movement offers an innovative and intuitive interface for displaying the times measured: the central hands (hours, minutes, seconds) exhibit the time and fulfill chronograph functions to provide a time display of unrivalled simplicity. The movement is composed of 230 components and 5 bidirectional micro-motors offering reverse-movement date display with perpetual calendar applicable until 2099, chronograph with 1/100th of a second precision, and split time and two periods of time that follow at very short intervals. The Link Calibre S offers two operating modes: Time and Chronograph mode. Chronograph mode enables the measurement of simple time, split time and two periods that follow at very short intervals. Switching between the modes is possible at any point during timekeeping by simply pressing the crown. Elegant dial features hand applied luminescent indexes and offers a perfect readability in darkness. It is graced with monochrome TAG Heuer logo and LINK – Calibre S inscription. Bezel comes with a tachymetre engraving. Bracelet is made of satin finished steel, s links, with double safety clasp with folding buckle. This watch is water resistant up to 200 meters.
