Girard-Perregaux - Sea Hawk Pro 1000m

The first Sea Hawk model was introduced by Girard-Perregaux back in 1940’s, but the current design dates back to 2002, featuring a large case and a crown positioned at 4 o’clock. Designed for extreme conditions, the crown of this diver’s watch is protected by an ergonomic shield, to prevent the accidental turning. The screwed case-back completes the diver’s functionality, sealing the watch against ingress of water. The case-back is also adorned with Sea Hawk’s insignia.



The new watch features matt grainy black dial enhanced by the luminescent accents. There are two separate sub-counters: the small seconds counter at 6 o’clock and a power reserve indicator at 10 o’clock. The oversized hands and time-markers are covered in bright and rich luminous filling, ensuring optimal readability in underwater adventures. The movement is fitted with 27 jewels, and provides 46 hours of power reserve.



The new Sea Hawk Pro 1,000M watch is animated using the GP033R0 movement, completely developed and produced by the Girard-Perregaux manufacture. It also allows for a discrete date indication, shown through the small round aperture at 2 o’clock.



The stainless steel case of this watch measures 44 millimeters in diameter. According to the highest standard for diver’s watches, ISO 6425, the case features a helium escapement valve that allows for decompression at great depths when the watch is being worn for prolonged periods of time or under saturation. The Sea Hawk Pro 1,000M is water resistant to 1000 meters and completed with a black rubber strap finished with folding safety clasp. The strap features an extension system that allows for quick and easy adjustment for wearing it over the diver’s suit.
