One of the extraordinary watches of this line is From the Earth to the Moon. Inspired by the Jules Verne's fantasy journeys, the watch shows a flight from earth to moon - a distant star and a spaceship, chasing away each other along the imaginary trajectory of time. The star indicates hours, while the rocket indicates the minutes, they meet one another just two times per day, and continue their voyage propelled by the force of the retrograde movement.

The watch is animated by LC 846 mechanical movement, developed exclusively for Van Cleef & Arpels watches. The beautiful surface of the dial is made in champlevé enamel technique. This skill involves carving small cavities in the enamel base, filling them with colored dust, and firing and polishing the enamel. The final work is distinguished by refined metallic borders and delicate three-dimensional effect.
The watch is crafted in white gold and also available in with a bezel set with round baguette diamonds. The dial combines black jade and orange agate, champlevé enamel, miniature painting and meteorite stone. Mounted on alligator strap, this watch is available in a limited edition, priced at more than 100,000$.
