Museum dial – and its single dot – actually represent sun at high noon, while the hands are suggesting the movement of the Earth. Even the name of the brand Movado stands for "continuous movement" in Esperanto. The first ever Museum watch was designed by the American designer Nathan George Horwitt in 1947. Owing to its incredibly original and contemporary design, Museum watch was the first wrist watch ever to be displayed at the Museum of Modern Art.

The watch is powered by Swiss quartz movement, and water resistant to 30 meters. This means you can’t actually wear them under the shower, or when you go to swim, but they will certainly survive some occasional splashing. Watches are mounted on white leather straps with colored lining that matches the color of the dial.
For such an interesting piece, these are highly affordable watches, priced at just $295.00.
