The Chronomat 01 Limited Edition, announced in 2010, is another exclusive series crafted in steel and red gold. It is produced in a series 2,000 pieces in steel and 200 in pink gold, each piece with its individual number engraved on the side of the case at 9 o’clock.
The Chronomat 01 Limited Edition utilizes Breitling’s first in-house movement introduced by the brand in 2009, Breitling B01. The watch is officially certified chronograph . The standard Chronomat 01 models have solid case-backs, while the Limited Edition ones feature fully transparent case-backs and a view on the inside movement.
The Chronomat 01 Limited Edition is a round watch with 43.5 mm in diameter. The watch is graced with the vintage stylized letter B, a sign of a prestigious collector’s piece. Date is indicated in a small aperture between 4 and 5 o’clock. The chronograph functions include ¼ second, 30 minutes and 12 hours. This watch is water resistant to 200 meters. |
