The Datejust watches are introduced in 1945, as the first wristwatches with date indication through an aperture on the dial. A couple of years ago, the watch is enhanced with the exceptional magnifying Cyclop’s eye, which later became recognized as a Rolex design standard. Datejust is among the many Rolex iconic symbols of style.
This model is crafted in stainless steel and 18-carat pink gold, featuring black mother-of-pearl dial set with diamonds. The daring contrasts of materials, colors and motifs is presented in an intermediate 31 mm size, and completed with president bracelet. The watch is topped with fluted bezel, which was once used to screw the bezel onto the case helping to ensure the waterproofness of the watch. The signature Cyclop’s eye is remains featured at 3 o’clock.
This selfwinding COSC certified automatic watch is water resistant to 100 meters, suitable for swimming and shallow snorkeling. It is presented in the Oyster case, which creates an environment that protects the movement from shocks, pressure, dust, water and any other intrusive element. |
