The first Rolex Oyster Perpetual Explorer is a watch is especially designed for adventurous explorers. This piece equipped with a Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers reaches a completely new level in watch precision and resistance to extreme conditions.
This model is nested in 40mm wide case with polished bezel and sapphire crystal protecting the white dial. The Rolex Explorer is water resistant to 100 meters and completed with Oyster bracelet. The date indicator is placed at 3 o'clock and under the magnifying Cyclops's eye.
The watch is crafted from 904L steel, providing the maximum resistance against the corrosion. As mentioned, it is equipped with Rolex’s patented blue Parchrom hairspring, which makes the movement up to 10 times more resistant to the shocks.
The Superlative Chronometer Officially Certified movement of this watch is nested in the special Oyster case which protects the watch from shocks, pressure, dust, and any other intrusive element. |
