Linde Werdelin has announced the newest addition to their SpeedoSpeed family, named SpeedoSpeed Gold.
Same as any other Linde Werdelin timepiece, the new watch is defined by its cool and masculine look, and designed in contemporary technical style. Gold, as a noble material, has traditionally been used for classic designed cases, but Linde Werdelin breaks up with this tradition, offering a luxurious and refined but modern example of pure craftsmanship.
Linde Werdelin SpidoSpeed is directly inspired by the racing car industry and presented in a fully skeletonized case. Just like in auto-engineering, the case body is pierced out to maintain the bare skeleton, offering a significant weight reduction while keeping the robust structure.

A multi-layered dial reveals titanium chronograph counters and six diamond cut hands. Golden hues echo through different highlights, including a rose gold bezel, crown, and delicate dial detailing. Rose gold luminent is applied on a main dial and sub-dial indexes. The warm color of gold stands out nicely against the dark DLC backdrop, appearing lively and almost 3-dimensional to the eye of the observer.
The new Linde Werdelin SpidoSpeed Gold Chronograph is available in only 100 pieces in Series A. The watch utilizes an exclusive custom-made integrated chronograph movement - LW 03 Concepto calibre 2251 – that beats at 28800vph and provides 48 hours of power reserve. Linde Werdelin SpidoSpeed Gold Chronograph adapts to the active lifestyle of its wearer by offering 100m of water resistance, which is suitable for recreational swimming and surface water sports. The watch arrives on the market mounted on a SpidoSpeed black textured calf strap. In addition, the brand offers a range of straps, which can be purchased separately, to change the looks of the watch and make it suitable for different occasions.
Linde Werdelin SpidoSpeed Gold Chronograph is already available for purchase and it retails at €34,200.00 or $43,500 inc. tax.
