The famous creator of luxury Swiss watches, Richard Mille, introduces two exclusive limited edition watches, dedicated to Bubba Watson - a renowned American professional golfer, and a multiple major champion, who plays on the PGA Tour.

In 2016, Richard Mille extends its line of watches designed in partnership with Bubba Watson. The brand announces the launch of two new limited edition versions of the RM 055, available exclusively in the Americas. This time, the Bubba Watson watch comes in an all-black case, topped with a NTPT Carbon bezel, and held on a sporty black bracelet. There are two variants to choose from: the RM055 Bubba Watson Dark Legend limited edition, distinguished by its red crown protector and red inscriptions, and the RM 055 Bubba Watson White Legend limited edition, which boasts a white inner bezel, hands and crown protector.
Richard Mille RM 055 White Legend and Dark Legend timepieces are powered by Richard Mille’s proprietary caliber RMUL2. The manual-winding movement, with hours, minutes, and seconds, is a highly skeletonized grade 5 titanium mechanism, treated with PVD. The caliber is equipped with a balance wheel with variable inertia, which ensures greater reliability and improves precision in the long run. The movement is mounted on 24 jewels, and it beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. The movement, worthy of a professional golf player, is capable of withstanding accelerations of over 5000 Gs.
Richard Mille will produce 90 editions of each version of the new RM 055 Bubba Watson Dark & White Legend limited edition watch. Both watches debuted a couple of days ago, at the TimeCrafters 2016 watch exhibition in New York City. The watches are available at Richard Mille boutiques in Beverly Hills, Bal Harbor, Aspen and Las Vegas, as well as authorized Richard Mille retailers in the Americas. Price: $120,000.
