The watch is crafted in 18-carat red gold and presented in a 40mm wide, classic round case. Protected with sapphire crystal front and transparent sapphire case-back, the watch is protected with the back cover, which opens to reveal the movements of the inner mechanism.
The Blancpain Villeret Timezone 30 minutes Demi-Savonette utilizes automatic, 5254DF calibre movement, composed of 321 components and equipped with 28 jewels. The watch is generously decorated with subtle guilloche engraving on the rotor. It provides 72 hours of power reserve and wide diversity of useful functions, including the hours, minutes, seconds, date, second time zone, day/night indicator, date change or time zone indicators.
The beautiful opaline dial is finished with guilloche engraving and graced with applied numerals and time-markers. A neat sub-counter, positioned at 12 o’clock, displays reference time. Day and night indicator is positioned at 9 o’clock while the half-hour time zone and the seconds remain in the centre. The date changes with the second time, and the date change or time zone indicator is indicated at 4 o’clock. A discrete aperture at 6 o’clock is a date window.

The watch is completed with alzavel-lined brown leather strap, finished with 18K red gold folding clasp, and water resistant to 30 meters.
This model is yet to be officially announced at the upcoming BaselWorld exhibition, in a couple of weeks.
