Longines created a special watch, numbered and limited to 10 pieces for the men’s version and 10 pieces for the ladies’ version: the “Conquest V.H.P. Stefanie Graf & Andre Agassi Foundations”. The watches are based on the highly technical yet sporty Conquest V.H.P. “Very High Precision” model, driven by a movement developed exclusively for Longines. The high precision quartz movement L288.2 is based on ETA E56.111 and sealed against the ingress of water to up to 50 meters of depth.

The men’s watch (L3.726.4.59.9) features a black dial, while the feminine version (L3.716.0.87.9) boasts a delicate white mother-of-pearl dial. Both are made from stainless steel, 43 mm for the men’s watch and 41 mm for the ladies’. The ladies’ model is set with 70 white diamonds, while both versions feature orange highlights on their hands, indexes, and the rubber strap – a nod to the Roland Garros tournament and its clay courts. The straps are made from black rubber with orange border with double safety folding clasp and push-piece opening mechanism.

The first pieces of the special series, numbered 1/10, were acquired by Longines for USD 100,000, and they will be displayed in the brand’s Museum, in Saint-Imier. The other nine sets are currently available for purchase, in an auction set to end at 6 pm (UTC+2) on 2 July 2018 on www.longines.com/auction. The buyers will be personally presented with the watches by Stefanie Graf or Andre Agassi, during a visit to their foundations in Hamburg or Las Vegas.
