The house of Panerai has just released the very special, e-commerce edition Luminor Submersible Automatic Acciaio, which comes in a very limited series of only 100 pieces worldwide. The exclusive new member of the Luminor Submersible watch family features the distinctive Panerai design combined with innovative technical solutions.
Faithful to the collection’s recognizable DNA, the new model asserts solid and strong presence, as well as unmatched visibility even at great depths. This professional divers watch, inspired by the rich heritage of the Panerai brand, is actually the very first watch ever produced by Panerai that is an e-commerce exclusive.
Panerai Luminor Submersible, which is immediately recognized by its distinctive lever crown locking system, is housed in a 44mm stainless steel case and is water resistant to 300 meters. This professional diver’s watch features a unidirectional rotating bezel for calculating the time of immersion and/or decompression stops. The robust stainless steel case is paired with an intense blue dial, which reveals a date beneath the magnifying at 3 o’clock and the small seconds dial at 9 o’clock. In accordance to the highest standards set for professional diving instruments, this highly legible timepiece provides great legibility in all light conditions. Its hands, numerals and indices have been coated in green Super-LumiNova, while the classic device protects the winding crown from accidental turning.
Panerai Luminor Submersible Automatic Acciaio 44mm Limited Edition is a COSC-certified chronograph, powered by the OP XXX automatic caliber, which is built on 25 jewels, and features a PANERAI personalized oscillating weight. The 170-component movement beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, ensuring no less than 50 hours of power reserve.
