In spirit of some of the finest Chopard’s watches, the dial of the new Imperiale piece is delicately engraved to evoke the memory of embellished cushions on which monarchs used to place their royal insignia. Refined feminine dial of this watch is circled by a brushed curve of steel, embracing the imperial Roman numerals and noble golden time markers. The golden hands are shaped like tapered medieval daggers, drawing the inspiration from the old tales of knights and chivalrous kingdoms. Another imperial insignia is used to embellish the crown: a delicate amethyst briolette-cut cabochon, in its royal purple shine.
This beautiful ladies’ watch is available in two sizes: with 36mm and 40mm in diameter. The lady can choose between diamond set and all-polished, mounted on alligator strap or matched with a dual-tone rose gold and steel bracelet. The big model utilizes automatic movement, while the small one uses quartz. Both models are water resistant to 50 meters and they both feature a small date indicator at 3 o’clock.
