As the rest of their exclusive pieces, the new Chopard Mille Miglia GT XL Chrono 2011 is issued in a limited edition. The new chronograph is available in 2011 pieces in stainless steel and 250 pieces in rose gold. The watch is immediately recognizable owing to the natural rubber strap with the emblematic 1960s Dunlop Racing tire-tread motif.

The Mille Miglia GT XL Chrono 2011 is nested in 44 millimeters wide round case with a distinctive vintage-style dial, featuring elongated Arabic numerals. The contrasting black and silver surfaces of the engine-turned dial finish remind of the vintage sports car dashboards. The sub-counters, featured at 12, 6 and 9 o’clock, are delicately decorated with snailed pattern.



Water resistant to 100 meters, the new limited edition watch is fitted with a bezel engraved with a tachometric scale. Screw-lock crown bears the Mille Miglia arrow, a distinctive insignia of the race. The arrow also appears on the dial, in vibrant red color, as well as in the center of the transparent case-back. The case-back also bears commemorative inscriptions Limited Edition and Brescia-Rome-Brescia (which is a route of Mille Miglia race).



The new Mille Miglia GT XL Chrono 2011 utilizes the COSC certified self-winding movement. It offers 46 hours of power reserve and stop seconds mechanism enabling time-setting to the nearest second. The stainless steel model retails at 6.520 ˆ, while the model in rose gold retails at 17.070 ˆ
