Chopard just announced the newest addition to the Happy Sport collection. The new model is called “La vie en rose” and created to celebrate the return of summer with all of the colors, scents and laid back moods.

The Happy Sports collection, first presented in 1993, is one of the most desired of all Chopard’s collections. The keyword of this collection is “diamonds”. Diamonds are here skillfully combined with stainless steel and gold, to deliver both luxurious and sporty appeal at the same time.

The watch is extremely glamorous and feminine, making the rose a central theme. The rose motif is repeated on the mother of pearl dial, as well as in the color and the shape of sapphires and delicate satin strap. Chopard keeps the signature detail of the collection: free-flowing diamonds, captured behind the sapphire crystal.

“La vie en rose” is crafted in stainless steel or pink gold. There are two basic variations of golden model: with a gem-set bezel or a non-set bezel. The watch is offered in feminine proportions, measuring 36 mm in diameter. This womanly creation utilizes the simple and precise quartz movement, allowing the lady to chose between two basic movement variations: one with date indication and one without it. “La vie en rose” is water resistant to 30 meters.

This is a limited production watch available in 250 pieces crafted in stainless steel or in rose gold. The rose gold models are available as either 25 pieces with gem-set rose gold bezel or as 250 pieces with plain bezel.
