The world’s leading watch auction house – Antiquorum – has just announced that Elvis Presley’s OMEGA Watch will be offered at the “Important and Modern Vintage Timepieces” auction. The exciting offering of carefully selected vintage and modern timepieces, pocket watches, and clocks, will take place on Tuesday, June 12th at Antiquorum Auctioneers in New York City.
The Omega Black Dial Constellation Calendar watch, once belonging to the king of Rock’n’Roll, was gifted to Elvis’ longtime friend Charlie Hodge, a musician who was a confidant and associate of Elvis Presley.

“… several times I told Elvis how beautiful his watch was … and he took it off his wrist and gave it to me.”
Elvis Presley’s Omega Black Dial Constellation Calendar watch is a self-winding piece produced somewhere around 1960. The watch is crafted in stainless steel and has an unusual pink gold capped casing. Elvis, who paid a lot of attention to his appearance, was always sporting a carefully chosen model on the wrist. During the 1960’s he wore the Hamilton Ventura, the world's first electrical, battery-powered watch, and certainly the coolest timepiece of the era. His jewelry collection included many extraordinary pieces, including a number of gold Rolex models, Longines, Corum Buckingam, and even a couple of Omegas. However, Omega watches that once belonged to Elvis, are a true rarity, and there are possibly just a couple of them left today.

If you’re interested in this piece you can attend the preview in New York from June 9 – 11. The watch is expected to sell for $10,000 - $20,000. The winner of Elvis Presley’s Omega Watch will also receive a letter of attestation signed by Hodge.
- Estimate: 10,000 USD - 20,000 USD
- Estimate: 9,000 CHF - 18,000 CHF
- Estimate: 8,000 EUR - 16,000 EUR
