The information about this watch has become public when one of the OMEGA dealers from the UK posted information and spy shots on its website. Hodinkee was the first to spread the news among the bloggers and now we know that the new watch is going to be a limited edition Omega Seamaster updated with immediately recognizable details dedicated to James Bond. Judging by the images, the watch will feature a classic “007” print on a black lacquered dial. The bezel comes with an highlighted numeral “50”, as a reference to this year’s anniversary. The case-back of this piece showcases amazing “bullet in a gun barrel” design, which is featured in the opening sequences of James Bond movies. A closer look reveals commemorative inscription on the bullet: “50 years of James Bond.”
OMEGA Seamaster James Bond 50th Anniversary Watch is going to be offered in 41-milimeters stainless steel variation, powered by automatic mechanical Omega co-axial 2507 movement. The watch is going to be issued in a “limited edition” of 11,007 pieces.
