Perrelet is launching a new special edition of its Turbine model, which is this time dedicated to Switzerland.
With Turbine Helvetia, Perrelet pays a tribute to its motherland, its rich heritage and watchmaking expertise. The watch is fitted with a classic Perrelet 12-blade turbine that rotates on the dial and makes an interesting optical illusion in which the white cross emerges from the red background, evoking the Swiss national flag. This special edition watch is available in two versions, both crafted in stainless steel. First of them is a men’s version with featu- ring on a blackened millimeter diameter case. The other is a ladies version that measures 38 millimeters in diameter and has a decorative bezel set with 60 diamonds.
Both watches are powered by the in-house caliber P-331 with gorgeously decorated, hollowed and personalized Perrelet oscillating weight. The movement is visible through the sapphire crystal case back and it bears Swiss traditional Côtes de Genève decoration. The watches are mounted on matching straps made from crocodile leather.
Perrelet Turbine Helvetia watches are water resistant to 50 meters. The watches are issued under the following reference numbers: A4037/1 and A4038/1, for men’s and ladies’ versions, respectively.
